Free Shipping Offer

At the current time, R&R Music Central is offering free ground shipping on specially-marked new in-stock merchandise (excluding taxes if applicable) over $150, after any coupons or discounts have been applied. Free shipping will be applied to qualifying orders only. Shipping charges are calculated based on daily carrier table rates (to the continental United States) until the order total has reached $150. This offer is for online customers only. This offer does not apply to products that have been discounted due to Minimum Advertised Pricing restrictions being removed, or are on being specially discounted. If you wish to place an order by phone, you must let our phone sales person know that you saw this offer online. Individual items requiring additional shipping are clearly marked on our web site before the item's description.

This offer does not apply to orders shipped outside of the 48 continental states of the USA, nor to most amplifiers or vintage or used merchandise, or empty instrument cases. Backorders and special orders are also excluded from this offer.

Free shipping is only for items you buy and keep. The outbound shipping charge will be deducted from your refund if an item that shipped for free is returned.

Shipping Costs Within Continental U.S.A.

Due to our narrow profit margin, we must charge you for shipping and handling on normal orders. All shipping policies described here are for ground service in the continental USA.

Insurance for Order Over $1500 - For domestic orders only, an insurance surcharge of $1.00 per each $100 of value over $1500 will be applied. The charge does also apply to orders that qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Times

Same-day shipping cutoff is 2:00pm on Monday-Friday. All orders received after than should be expected to ship the next day (although, you could be pleasantly suprised). Once shipped, the following map gives estimated arrival dates for UPS Ground shipments:

Air Shipments - For time-critical shipments, please select UPS Next Day Air or call us for your special needs (such as Saturday delivery). You may talk directly to a customer service representative to verify shipping charges, stock availability, and delivery time. Phone 317-858-8283.

International Orders

We only offer UPS Worldship for International Orders. It is prohibitively expensive in most situations, but it's the only shipping method with ample buyer/seller protection.

Please note that for the security of both us and our customers, we require copies of BOTH your country-issued identification and the credit card you are using. You may scan and e-mail them or fax them to 00+1+317+858-8290. The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID. Under no other circumstances can we allow shipment.

Due to our e-commerce agreements with vendors, we cannot ship items from the following bands internationally: Fender®, Guild®, Gretsch®, Jackson®, Charvel®, Tacoma®, Squier®, SWR®

Your Guarantee Of Satisfaction

We have selected our merchandise with great care, and made every effort to describe it thoroughly. If you find that you are dissatisfied with anything purchased from us, it may be returned - in unused condition - for exchange or a full refund (less shipping charges). If your order qualified for free shipping, you will still be required to forfit our actual shipping cost. Please contact us for return authorization for us, then dispatch within 5 working days of your having received them any item(s) you have decided to return. Also, for instruments only, please notify us within 48 hours of your intention to return. Ship all items well-packed and insured. We cannot allow credit for items received from you that have been damaged in shipping due to your packing them poorly. In the unlikely event of shipping damage please notify us immediately. Please do not return any damaged item until you have received authorization from us.

Warranty Information

We guarantee that all NEW instruments purchased from us will remain free from defects in material and workmanship for a limited period of no less than 90 days and up to one year from the date of purchase. This is in addition to the manufacturer's guarantees. All USED instruments purchased from us (except as noted below) are guaranteed to remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions include consignment instruments (which are not owned by us, but are sold by us on commission for private individuals) and those in AS-IS condition. We will repair any guaranteed instrument if found to be defective within the warranty period.

The following are not included in our warranty guarantee: harmonicas, strings, banjo heads, tremolo re-adjustments, checked finishes (which are the result of extreme temperature and/or humidity changes), and damage resulting from abuse, accident, or improper use. We strongly recommend use of a humidifier in your stringed instruments, particularly during the dry winter months.

Price Match Guarantee

We guarantee that all products that are affected by their respective manufacturers' minimum advertised price (MAP) policies will sold at that minimum price. We cannot guarantee price matching on products that have had their MAP pricing removed and used merchandise. If you have found a lower price, please call us before placing your order so that we may verify the criteria for altering your price.
