Unique Beauty! Review by Moondevil
Quality Features Overall Price Value Mine is the Entourage Mini-Jumbo in Rustic finish. It has a rounder, almost "rubenesque" lower bout than the dreadnought model, and a thin satin rustic finish that, while slightly fragile, will age with character. The woods used on this baby are out of the ordinary as well, cherry wood sides, silverleaf maple neck, and a solid CEDAR top instead of spruce. The headstock might look a little funky but they made it that way to get straight string pull on all strings. The rosette is a bit weird but I found out later is made to prevent cracks from spreading from the soundhole. While writing this I removed the pickguard and DAMN! What a difference! I camp, record and gig with guitar. It plays so nice I can't wait to grab it! It was also made in North America, something else that sets it apart from guitars this price range. A nice addition to any collection. (Posted on 12/17/10)

Never played a Seagull I didn't like... Review by SageOnyc
Quality Features Overall Price Value I own a high end Seagull. I bought this because I didn't want to take this on the plane to the place I visit often so I had the S6 shipped there. This guitar sounds better and plays better than any Taylor, High End Fender, Ibanex, Alvarez, Martin and Takamine (and I luv a good Takamine). This guitar is perfect for a begginer to novice professional. The size is female friendy too. (Posted on 12/17/10)

Great Guitar, Great Value Review by Consumer 3000
Quality Features Overall Price Value I am a beginner to intermediate guitar player, and the Seagull Entourage Rustic Mini Jumbo Guitar is my first "real" guitar. I had a couple very cheap Takamine guitars that sounded pretty good, or so I thought, until I bought this instrument. The difference was remarkable. Not only is the Seagull superior in appearance and sound, but this guitar is easier to play (keeps consistency in sound when sliding up/down the neck, forces less pressure on the fingertips pressing the strings, keeps strings in tune very well and for longer periods of time).
The Entourage models, in particular, are great for fingerstyle guitar playing because of its thinner neck. The mini-jumbo's full body provides rich tones for midrange and treble notes although I do wish it had more kick with the bass notes. The cedar top is prone to scratches/dings (so be extra careful when handling it).
The craftsmanship of the guitar inspires confidence that it's a solid instrument that will last a long time.
There's only a small selection of cases specifically for mini-jumbo guitars available on the market, but the mini-jumbo should fit in most dreadnought cases. If you decide to purchase a case online, make sure you check the specs of the case with the specs of the guitar on Seagull's website to ensure a proper fit.
I doubt you can find a better sounding guitar in its price range (especially for fingerstyle playing). I love this guitar and highly recommend it. (Posted on 12/17/10)
